These Production Terms apply to all production orders placed with Trend Tailors Production. By confirming an order and making payment, the Client agrees to these Terms.
All production agreements are business-to-business transactions.

A production order is considered confirmed only after written confirmation from Trend Tailors Production and receipt of the required deposit.
Any quotations provided are valid for a limited time and may be subject to change prior to confirmation.

All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
A 50% deposit is required before production begins. The remaining 50% must be paid before delivery or shipment.
Bank transfer fees and transaction costs are the responsibility of the Client.
Production will not begin and goods will not be released until payment obligations are fulfilled.

Our standard development process includes one initial mock-up (prototype in mock fabric), revision based on Client feedback, a second mock-up, further revision if required, and a final production sample based on the approved mock-up.
Once the final sample is approved in writing, no further free revisions are included.
Any additional changes requested after sample approval may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

Production timelines are estimated and begin only after:
• written approval of the final sample
• receipt of the required deposit
• confirmation of all materials and specifications
Delays caused by late approvals, incomplete information, material supply issues, or external factors may affect the production timeline.

Due to the nature of garment manufacturing, a size tolerance of ±0.5 cm is considered acceptable.
A production tolerance of up to 5% per order is considered commercially acceptable and does not constitute a defect.
Minor variations in color, fabric texture, stitching, or finishing may occur and shall not be considered defects if within reasonable industry standards.

All goods are inspected prior to shipment.
Any claims regarding defects must be submitted in writing within 3 days of receiving the goods. Claims must include a clear written description and photographic evidence of the issue.
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
If a claim is validated, Trend Tailors Production may, at its discretion, offer repair, replacement, or partial credit. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Shipping and delivery costs are the responsibility of the Client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Risk transfers to the Client upon dispatch of goods.
Trend Tailors Production is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party logistics providers.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to material shortages, supplier delays, transportation disruptions, government regulations, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any production order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for that specific order.
We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, reputational damage, or business interruption.

These Production Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved under Indonesian jurisdiction.
